I ordered 2x both times my crust was burnt and hard as a rock. I even asked them not to cook it for the full time and it was still burnt. They act like they don't care and just shrugged their shoulders both times and said that's the way the gluten free turns out. If they took more pride in their business they would find a way to make them better, maybe tinfoil on the edges or something to keep it from burning. I won't be ordering from them for GF pizza anymore..... YUCK!
Online ordering has a disclaimer about not being a gluten free environment. Does not give any options for notes to the staff like asking about changing gloves, etc. never had any issues, but they use a premade udis brand crust. Nothing special.

Pizza Hut has a GF crust made by Udi’s. Their website explains how they limit cross contamination but says to call. The store manager there is amazing - very kind, knowledgeable about cross contamination, and helpful. I found him to be the most reassuring of all the fast food places that a 13-year old boy wants to eat at.
And then the pizza itself was yummy!

Pizza is good, not the best crust I’ve had, but good enough. I haven’t been sick from eating there, have ordered several times.
