States on menu that they have no protocol to ensure food isn't cross contaminated
No
Went here and placed a carry out order for their advertised “gluten free” pizza. I was told initially that they could guarantee the crust, cheese and sauce used are gluten free and that they would open a NEW beef package to insure the beef was as well. Then witnessed an employee wearing gloves that had been previously used to prepare a pizza with a regular crust as she cut my pizza with a knife that had been used on another gf pizza without washing it (I have a pork allergy as well). When I objected the manager yelled “it’s not guaranteed gluten free” and asked “WHY is she sitting THERE?” ie. where I could observe the pizza being cut & boxed. DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU HAVE CELIACS.
No
Online ordering has a disclaimer about not being a gluten free environment. Does not give any options for notes to the staff like asking about changing gloves, etc. never had any issues, but they use a premade udis brand crust. Nothing special.

Pizza Hut has a GF crust made by Udi’s. Their website explains how they limit cross contamination but says to call. The store manager there is amazing - very kind, knowledgeable about cross contamination, and helpful. I found him to be the most reassuring of all the fast food places that a 13-year old boy wants to eat at.
And then the pizza itself was yummy!

Pizza is good, not the best crust I’ve had, but good enough. I haven’t been sick from eating there, have ordered several times.
