Review of Pizza Hut

can I give a negative 5 star rating? seriously? !?! All 3 of our pizzas are burnt to a crisp. I'd love to post pictures but there is no place to do so. when I told them that not even my dog would eat that. They offered me a discount. hahaha ummm, no, a refund. she had to call her mgr because as the cook, she didn't see what I was upset about. meanwhile other employees cane by, looked at the pizzas and admitted that they wouldn't eat them either.
