Observed the employee in the kitchen not using separate counter spacing or cutting tools for their Udi’s certified GF pizzas, and used the same pizza cutting tools that are used for the non-gf pizzas. When asked about it, counter employee argued that it’s because “we are behind and busy.” Definitely not safe for celiac. Counter employee was angry at us for asking about it.
