I am celiac and my first two pizzas after they announced the gluten free crust were really good and I was incredibly excited about the whole thing and loved that it was udis. The third pizza I had unfortunately was so badly burnt that it was inedible and I had to have them return it and make me another and when they made said pizzas, I do not think they followed the protocols they are said to have established, I let that slide, even though I was celiac and they had made me sick, because I figured they were still figuring things out and we ended up going back. The fourth pizza I got was also badly burnt and I was just too hungry to care at that time and ate what little I could of said burnt pizza, this pizza however I found out was badly contaminated and had so much gluten that I had blisters in my throat, a rash and was violently ill for hours after eating it and was still moderately sick for more than a week after! They claim to train staff in cross contamination, but there is no way they could possibly do so, due to the fact that every time we went there, there was somebody new employed and the last person had quit, within only a mere week of each other and nobody that we talk to has any idea whatsoever about gluten free, celiac, or the gluten free crust available, save for the manager knowing they have one! In conclusion I will never go back to this Pizza Hut again!
