I care more about celiac friendly than taste.
They don't make their crust (Udis), they used a new thing to put the pizza on and cut it, they got a clean cutter, and they keep their pizza boxes in a safe place.
I don't like Udis crust. I couldn't choke down the outer crust with no toppings on it, and it took 30 minutes when I was told 20.
But I'd go here again.
