Review of Pizza Nova

Gluten-free pizza crust. Cross contamination is definitly an issue. They have dedicated utensils for gluten-free pizza but often dont use them (they are stored in big plastic container on shelf you can see from cash). I ask for my pizza to be cooked slightly less than normal, as its often overcooked
