Great GF DF pizza! They use Daiya cheese if you ask. I’m gluten intolerant, not celiac, so I don’t know about cross contamination.

— Excellent

What an expensive way to get glutened, but it tasted good. Was excited about all the five star celiac reviews - maybe I wasn’t explicit enough that I needed them to take from new toppings bins and do a glove change…. I just said yes when he asked if it’s an “allergy.”

GF pizza was excellent! When I asked the host, she told me that that the staff is well-trained and makes GF pizzas frequently.

They were able to accommodate both gluten free and dairy free allergies for my kiddos. My daughter said the pizza was amazing.

In the Keystone Village. Good pizzeria with GF pizza, good salads, good wings. Nothing fancy, but felt GF safe, and food was comforting after a day of skiing.

Best GF Crust I ever had! Tastes like the real stuff. And I have been GF for a decade. Not cheap by any stretch but soooooo worth it... the regular pizzas are expensive too and not really worth the price. But the GF crust is amazing!!!

I’m still amazed at this pizza! I popped in to get some regular pizza for my husband and saw they had GF so i asked if it was celiac safe. They said they cook it separate and that it is really good. It’s now doubt the best GF crust I’ve had... even my non GF husband loved it. He wanted to eat mine over his regular pizza

Staff was great and pizza was even better. We had wings (baked) and a few pizzas. All the speciality pizzas were gluten free and they are very cautious when preparing. They also have a gluten free Reese’s pie that we did not try because we were too full!

Best gluten free pizza my daughter (15 yrs) and I have had. The crust was awesome and not overcooked as we usually get. It actually had residual sauce and was not dried up. We also had the Mediterranean salad with gluten free breaded chicken. That also was very good. My daughter was in heaven and was raving about the restaurant and definitely wants to go back.

Great food and lots of GF options. We had GF meatballs and a chicken Caesar salad with GF breaded chicken that was delicious. They were very knowledgeable about celiac and we felt safe eating there. However, the service is BEYOND slow and they were out of GF pizza crust and a few other items we ordered which was a huge bummer.

This was the BEST GF pizza i’ve ever had. It was fluffy - unlike the usual thin GF crusts everywhere else. I asked the server and he stated that they actually come individually packaged and are cauliflower based! I was completely surprised as many other cauliflower crusts that I have tried were horrible. Additionally, for a ski village, it was not any more expensive than getting a GF pizza at home (Kansas). Went back a second time during our stay and wish I could have taken a pack of crusts back with me. Wonderful!

EDIT: asked a staff member what the brand was on our way out of town and they said the crusts are from Sweet Escape Pastries in Longmont, Co.

Best gf pizza crust I’ve ever had!!! I ate here today after finding the restaurant on this app. the place seemed really busy, but our server was super helpful and everything came out quickly and perfectly! Let the staff know you have celiac when you order and they will make sure your food is not cross contaminated. They are super careful. I also got the vegan cheese. It is homemade and comes as a spread so it might be slightly different than what you expect but it’s so good. The experience of having fluffy crust was amazing and it was totally worth the price

Best pizza crust I've ever had! I have tasted a lot of different gf crusts, and this one was amazingly fluffy and delicious. The specialty pizzas we're also fantastic flavor mixes. I had Aloha from Texas and it was mouth watering.

Great gluten free pizza! Was told the dough is prepackaged and cooked on it's own pan in the oven. All toppings are gluten free and they even have some gluten free pasta (zoodles) and dessert options.
