On 7/22/23, we visited Kings Dominion. At 9 pm, my daughter (Celiac) was hungry and we were pretty desperate for food. She had already eaten the hamburger on a GF bun elsewhere in the park for lunch so pizza was the other option.
When I first asked the staff about a GF pizza (clearly on the menu), I was told they didn't have it. When I asked again, I was discouraged from getting it. But we decided to get it anyway and proceed with caution.
So the good news is that it comes individually wrapped, is cooked in its own GF oven (like a large toaster oven), is cut with a GF pizza cutter, and the staff were very careful about using new gloves.
My daughter said it was pretty good. It's a cauliflower blend crust with a lot of cheese. She ate it, was happy, and didn't have any reaction. So what started as a not-so-promising experience turned out to be ok!
