Celiac beware. We got 2 gluten free pizzas. I got a bit sick from eating here, & I’m not even a super sensitive celiac. But that's my dumb risk I took eating gluten-free at a pizza parlor. They told me they cook all their gluten-free pizza on separate baking sheets and use different utensils and such. The owner has been gluten free for years, apparently, so I felt safe coming here initially. But when I first asked the guy at the register about cross contamination he was like “oh it’s ok- we cook all our pizzas really hot so it destroys the gluten!”, then read me the oven temperature. They do go through the same oven as the other pizzas. The pizzas were honestly terrible. Wouldn’t eat here again.
