It’s great to find another safe pizza option! I called to confirm their safety procedures and the host was very knowledgeable, which is always a good sign. The gf pizza is cooked in the same oven as the regular pizzas, but cooked on a disposable aluminum pan so it never touches the oven, tools, etc. The pan gets placed on a space that is wiped down and the pizza is cut and put in the box. In terms of toppings, they don’t use separate toppings for the gf pizza, but they change their gloves after touching regular pizza dough, so the gluten should never actually come in contact with the toppings. Obviously there’s a slight risk there, but it seemed like they have a very strong procedure in place, so I felt it was a worthwhile risk. The pizza was pretty good. The crust was a pretty mediocre gluten free crust, but they are pretty generous with toppings. I definitely enjoyed it, didn’t get sick, and would order again.

GF pizza is really good! I’m not sure how far they go to keep cross contamination under control. I have celiac and had no reactions.

GF pizza is delicious! I have celiac but do not react, so I'm not sure about cross contamination. Staff did seem very knowledgable and pizza was cooked in a separate pan.

Clean practices (non-GF kitchen); pizza was delicious, light and crisp with a flavorful sauce and super-fresh salad.

Gluten free crust, but not safe for cross-contamination. It was ok, flavorful, but chewy. I asked for crispy crust and it had no crunch other than the crust edge. I'll try reheating it because the toppings were tasty.
