So the guy who helped us at the register I don’t think he fully understood what I was asking about a GF option but he did grab another employee that worked in the kitchen and we got the Texan. Piled high with toppings and I don’t know what brand of crust they used but it was fantastic. Only down side is since I had to order my own I wasn’t supposed to get anything from the buffet so I couldn’t get an ice cream but thankfully my wife was ‘to full’ from the buffet to have her ice cream after she grabbed a second one. 😜

Staff is knowledgeable about gluten allergies. I’ve eaten here a handful of times and never got sick. Thin crust only. Unsure if celiac friendly as I am only allergic to wheat.
The family that owns the restaurant has members with celiac. They are very careful. They use disposable pans, only put gf pizzas in the oven at a time, use a separate cutter, and open new bags of ingredients. We have eaten there many times with no issue. Make sure to call ahead to order the gf pizza or the gf members of the group will have to wait while everyone else starts eating.
Yes
Don't advertise it but if asked they will BAKE chicken for you that isn't breaded.
Pizza is decent and crispy.
Gf crust!! To prevent cross-contamination they open new/fresh ingredient packages for gf pizza orders, cook it on an aluminum disposable pan, and serve to table in a box. Choose specialty pizza from menu - or build your own. I suggest calling ahead 20 minutes or so to order the gf pizza if the rest of your party will be doing the buffet (otherwise they'll be almost done before you even get your pizza!) Enjoy!

Gluten sensitive menu is available, and the cashier was knowledgeable and very helpful. There is cross contamination risk, but that is noted and was mentioned while I was discussing the menu.

I have eaten here a couple times now, and haven’t gotten sick so far. The pizza has always been good.

Their gluten free crust was good. I ordered it on ‘Buffet Your Way’, which means you can request a pizza for the buffet. The gal working said they don’t normally let you order a pizza that way, bc they don’t put it on the buffet. I appreciated her allowing me to do that this time, and now I know for next time.
They are very knowledgeable and careful to prevent cross contamination. I have eaten there numerous times with no issues. We usually do carryout and they know me by name.
