Traveling and very Limited options in Mitchell. My only option was a special order pizza. The second worst GF pizza I’ve ever had. Undercooked. Hardly any toppings compared to those on the buffet. I could see the kitchen from our table - no gloves and rather sloppy technique. Hopefully I don’t get sick.
Just another okay pizza place. The menu says it's a 10" crust, but I'd swear it seemed bigger. Two people could share this just fine.
This is a pizza buffet chain, not very fancy. The crust is pre-made. It comes in one of those little metal plates that all of us GF people recognize. According to their website they have a whole procedure to keep the GF pizza safe from cross contamination. They also bring the pizza to your table in a to-go pizza box.
I have eaten here a couple times now, and haven’t gotten sick so far. The pizza has always been good.

Their gluten free crust was good. I ordered it on ‘Buffet Your Way’, which means you can request a pizza for the buffet. The gal working said they don’t normally let you order a pizza that way, bc they don’t put it on the buffet. I appreciated her allowing me to do that this time, and now I know for next time.
They are very knowledgeable and careful to prevent cross contamination. I have eaten there numerous times with no issues. We usually do carryout and they know me by name.
