Pizza Republica

Made a reservation, specified I needed GF. Talked with the waiter about needing GF, he made recommendations. I ordered a GF pizza…it was the most beautiful GF pizza I’ve ever eaten. I kept telling my partner “I can’t believe this is GF, it’s amazing.” Then I found out it wasn’t GF…they brought me a regular pizza. Thankfully I was only 1 slice in when we found out but still…I had to deal with the consequences. On the bright side, they comp’d the entire bill voluntarily. They knew there was no denying what happened, I put red flags everywhere telling them “I need GF.”

They denied gluten free food. They said they share equipments so they are only gluten friendly. They don’t get and precautions for gluten free so it is not safe for celiac people

Incredible GF pizza crust - it’s light and tasty. The service is exceptional and our server was quite knowledgeable about the allergy and the safe options on the menu.

Not celiac friendly. Very very good pizza. They can make any pizza gluten free!
