Started out great but did not end well. Gluten-free crust, gluten free section to roll out dough and separate toppings made me sooo excited. Then it was time to go in the oven they used a big tool and basically just brushed out the gluten flour and put the pizza right ontop. Then it was time to take the pizza out, they wiped down the tool they use on the gluten pizza with a paper towel that’s it. Definitely not celiac safe.
