I was super excited to try gluten free crust. I just recently found out I was gluten intolerant. The staff members were very sweet and understanding; however, for people who have very bad celiac allergies this isn’t the place for you. They do have a lot of cross contamination, so to be on the safe side I would recommend you not to eat here.

I got so glutened here! Days later, still sick. Ordered the correct items, so it must’ve been some serious cross contamination.

While it is not safe for celiacs, I have severe gluten reaction and have had good service. They have no dairy free options so I often get just crust, sauce, toppings, and take home to add my own dairy free cheese.

The pizza was delicious! They changed their gloves and got fresh cheese for me from the refrigerator to avoid cross contamination. Unfortunately all the toppings are cross contaminated because they reach into the bowls for toppings and not all the toppings are gluten free.

They always clean the rack and do so much to prevent cross contamination. Once, when they were putting my pizza into a to go box it fell onto a gluten pizza. They were nice enough to tell me and gave me a gift card to come back another time because I was in a rush that day. I love the pizza, it’s so great too

Bummer! I was so excited to eat here. But there is so much cross contamination. They are like subway for pizza. Same gloves and grab toppings you pick. So I opted for just a plain cheese on gf crust. They use a spoon to measure out cheese and accidentally touch that to gluten crust then back into cheese. The girls were eye rolling when I asked them not to cut the crust because they clearly didn't understand celiac disease although they insisted they did.

It has a gluten free menu. However, they use same press for all dough and share equipment. Therefore, this is not for anyone with Celiac Disease. Disappointed I made the drive to just have to leave and find somewhere else that was GF.

Absolutely amazing! Hands down the best pizza I've ever had. They were very cautious with changing gloves, cleaning the oven, and using a separate pizza cutter. All but about 4 of the toppings were gf. The house made crust was frickin' fantastic! Can't wait to go back!

The Pizza Snob in Denton is amazing! The best gluten-free pizza I've had since being diagnosed with Celiac disease. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly; they explained the preparation process to me and took extra precautions to make sure I wasn't cross-contaminated. The pizza itself was arguably better than any I've had before, regular or otherwise (my husband agrees and he can eat regular pizzas). Reasonably priced - my new favorite pizza spot!

i was hesitant when they said they use the same oven, but they cleaned out. the oven , only put my pizza in, and 90 seconds later, it was ready. Very impressed with knowledge of gf and other food allergies

The staff always asks if the request is a preference or an allergy. Special care is taken when prepping your pizza i.e. Changing gloves, using different utensils, etc. One time, our pie was accidentally contaminated and the staff had enough integrity to explain to us what happened, trash it, and make us a new one rather than serve it anyway (and there was no way we would have known). For this reason alone, I give them 5 stars. Sometimes this area can be challenging to find GF restaurants with staff that understand how to take good care of you. Go with complete confidence in Pizza Snob!
