Pizza Time just added a gluten free crust this week. They are ranked the number 2 pizza place in the nation. I have been coming here with my family for five years, as it is their favorite pizza place. I grew up in New York, and It's authentic pizza. They use the best sauce, cheese and toppings. Everyone raves about the food, but I was unable to eat it until yesterday! I got a mushroom pizza on a gluten free crust and it was absolutely delicious! I could taste the quality of the ingredients. I cannot recommend this enough. This is a restaurant for the entire family. Everyone will be happy! There is gluten free gelato for dessert. I am a highly sensitive celiac, and it was wonderful!
Update: January, 2022. They no longer offer gluten free due to cross contamination concerns.

My boyfriend is recently-discovered gluten intolerant, and this was one of our favorite restaurants previously. Decided to give their gluten free pizza a go. They can make most of their specialty pizzas on a 10-inch gluten free crust. They cleaned the area it was prepared in and baked it on its own clean disposable pan. It was absolutely covered in tasty toppings and cooked well—delicious! We’ll definitely order more in the future!

Awesome pizza! They even have Daiya vegan cheese. Thin crust but tasty. Kinda freaked me out when I went to pick it up and saw flour EVERYWHERE but I am very gluten sensitive and didn't get sick.

This is a different owner from the Pizza Time in Olympia. This owner was not as familiar with cross-contamination. He kept insisting that a clean ladle would be fine and I had to explain multiple times that the sauce was already cross contaminated from the other ladle. He said he would get out new sauce, I'm not real confident that he will go that extra mile. This location also makes their own regular pizza crust fresh every morning and so there's that additional chance of cross-contamination. The other Pizza Time location orders in all of their crust so it's much safer for Celiac.

Wow I was so impressed with the lengths they went to keep their gf crusts celiac friendly, even in a small looking kitchen! Separate crust supplier, dedicated kitchen utensils and area, and hard to believe the tasty crust was gf. I didn’t get sick here and they were great with dairy free options as well. I’ll definitely be back when I’m passing through town!
