I called a couple of weeks ago to ask about their safety measures when handling GF dough and the woman I spoke to said that they don’t really take any precautions to avoid cross contamination other than change gloves, if asked. She actually said that I SHOULD NOT go there.

How confident are you that this establishment takes safety precautions against cross-contact?

— Not at all

Probably there is room for improvement on the thickness of the dough, better time in the oven to make it appealing like the normal pizza you offer, and make better in improvement of the chewy the pizza.

The absolute best most Amazing gluten free pizza. Very NOT celiac safe. No ability to be safe due to kitchen flour in the air. Was poisoned a few times before I got to the bottom of it.
