Make sure you tell staff that you are celiac. We were told they had gluten free crust and decided to eat there. Once we placed our order we were told that the oven shares the same space with flour pizzas. And the waitress informed us that cross contamination would occur. We told her to close out our check after our appetizer, the burrata. She came back and said that the chef would cook the pizza on a stove in a separate pan. This was exciting as we really wanted pizza. Overall, good food with attentive staff.
Make sure to state you’re celiac/allergic, if not they’re not gonna change the water for your pasta. For the rest good quality, you can have any salad without the bread, but not all waiters know about the gluten free options offered
This restaurant offers pizza and pasta options. Although they don't have gf pizza, they can substitute the pastas with gf noodles.
