This place is great!! My boyfriend has celiac and Every-time we go they always go above and beyond to make sure that what they serve is good and safe for him. Different sauces, spoons, glove changes, and cutters. Never had a problem or an attack here!

I have gone here since they have opened. I have had no issues with cross contamination. However, on 2-16-18 I felt very uncomfortable with the preparer. I feel like with a new set of enployees often the GF ALLERGY is NOT taken seriously!! Just pay attention.
Yes
They did a fabulous job in trying to not cross contaminate. That's what I like when employees are aware and take protocol. Unfortunately I still got sick. I'm assuming because my pizza baked with a lot of other regular pizzas.
GF crust, asked if diet or allergy, gl9v3 change, gf crust, separate sauce in squirt bottle, clean spoon to spread sauce, cheese options, topping options, glove change before adding veges, separate pan for baking, separate area in oven. clean pizza cutter. will definitely return.
I wanted to like this place, but unfortunately I couldn't. there was nobody there that even knew what Celiac was. they didn't use separate toppings, they didn't use different cutters, they aren't on separate trays or any other type of thing. they are just cooked right along with the other pizzas with no care or concern as to cross-contamination. This was not a good experience & I wouldn't recommend it if you have celiacs disease.
Excellent gf pizza crust! Choose your own toppings. Gloves were changed for my pizza & the same person added the toppings (with another change of gloves). Many meat & veggie choices and choice of cheese (Italian, feta & vegan). Delicious!! Family enjoyed the regular pizza crust.
Gluten free pizza. Make your own pizza.
Yes
Yeah this place just glutened me bad. They made a mistake and mixed up the cheese pizzas - my pizza marked as gluten free allergy with a regular cheese pizza. It was my first time eating there, so I didn't realize until they came out to tell me, 2 slices in. Ugh!
They were very nice about their mistake, came with my actual safe pizza, and apologized profusely. But what a bummer!! I still don't understand because I saw the separate tin, I saw the separate gloves, the separate sauce and dough, and they dropped the ball out of the oven. Even though I even specified gluten free when they brought it out to me (and they confirmed?!).
Such a huge bummer. Mistakes happen. But still a bummer.

Amazing food and they have a great gluten free crust. They use a brick oven and fresh ingredients, so good!

Awesome experience! Their site has a note specifically warning that the meatballs are no longer GF, and they offer Caulipower crust as well as being able to specify between ‘preference’ and ‘allergy’ for their regular GF crust. My fennel + sausage pizza was delicious.

New Celiac + lactose intolerant here! I got the GF crust (they marked the pizza paper as GF allergy) and then they prepared separately. I got the BBQ chicken with vegan mozzarella and it was awesome! I didn’t have a reaction at all
