I was so pleased with the knowledge and explanation of their process in preparing and handling pizza and pasta. They have their own oven dedicated for gluten free pizzas. When you tell them you have celiac they will take extra precautions (glove changes and separate pans) when making your food. Of course there is always a risk when there isn’t a dedicated kitchen, but I was relieved and assured they do their best.
Our waitress, Lisa, was amazing and took her time ensuring I was comfortable with their practices.
In regards to the food, it was DELICIOUS! I haven’t had pizza this good since before my diagnosis. I had the fig and Brie pizza. 100% recommend!! I will be back!
