This is such a nice pizzeria! I had a 12” New York Pizza on a GF crust and it was pretty darn good. The toppings and sauce were perfect, the crust was slightly over done, but still good. My pizza was cooked on paper in the big brick pizza oven and no ill effect at all! Yum!

There is a possibility of cross-contamination since the pizzas are not baked in a separate oven. But I had no problem and I am a very sensitive Celiac
This was the best gluten free pizza here in Santa Maria, CA. I can say that because I have tried one from another place. They have Artisan Gluten Free pizza dough that they use. There are several different toppings available that are gluten free also. We had the pepperoni, mushrooms, red bell peppers and red onion. It was absolutely delicious! They did tell me that it was not cooked in a separate oven. I have celiac disease and am very sensitive. But I had absolutely no reactions at all. Also their Signature Arugula & Baby greens salad was gluten free just the way it comes without any alterations. I would highly recommend that you try this place out. We will be going back.
