I didn’t try this place because they stipulate on the menu that the pizzas are prepared in an environment with lotsa cross contact.

How confident are you that this establishment takes safety precautions against cross-contact?

Very delicious! The GF crust is very thin but cooked thru. Friendly staff and a great vibe.

So, I've tried the GF crust at Pinky G's and Hand Fire Pizza and, while both those places had a lovely offering and I appreciate that they offer a GF crust, Pizzeria Caldera is hands-down, without question the best GF crust on Jackson. I loved their gf crust!

When we arrived the hostess told us they were "gluten friendly" not gluten free. The toppings are kept next to the flour, and there is no dedicated space - they cut the pizza on the same surface as gluten containing crusts. Not sure why this place is even named on "Find Me Gluten Free."

We ordered 2 gluten free pizzas. One of the pizzas was over cooked and the other was very under cooked. The sauce seemed as if it was plain tomato sauce and lacked any real flavor. I do not recommend this place. Also, the only gluten free option they offer is gluten free pizza, nothing else.

Pizza crust is very good. Probably not dedicated area but great if you can tolerate possible wheat
