Very impressed so far! I placed an online order and specified that I was Celiac and to please take care. When I came in he was about to take my pizza out of the oven; he moved all other pizzas away from the area and put on fresh gloves. He boxed it over in a different area from the rest of the pizzas. It was on its own disposable pan. I requested online that it not be cut so I could be sure to use a GF cutter on it at home.Taste wise, it was excellent. Not gummy in the middle and very flavorful sauce with a lovely sprinkle of basil.
