Hay contaminación cruzada. Las pizzas sin gluten las cocinan el mismo horno que las de trigo y sin proteger.

In the restaurant they have GF pasta and pizza, adding +1,5€ to the price. We got pizza Margherita and they bring it done in a special tray.

I had to ask 3 different employees before they admitted that the Gf pizza is made in the same oven as the regular pizza. I even called before going and they said on the phone that it was 100% gluten free and made separately. Don’t trust them
