Pizzeria of Gatlinburg

I asked if their gluten free was safe for celiac, and they had no idea what celiac was.

So I asked if there was a separate preparation area. The answer is no.

When I asked if they had proper cross-contamination practice, they told me I just shouldn't eat here. So I didn't.

We at the Doubletree Hilton Park Vista Park Vista. We sat down, and the chef came out and told us he never heard of Celiac. We were about to leave to go into town, but saw the delivery man in the lobby. He told us they have gluten free pizza, and other items on the menu. We ordered a gluten free large pepperoni pizza with light sauce. I also ordered a salad that was very fresh. We were not sick and it was delicious and faster than the time we were told. The kids played at the pool while we enjoyed the pizza!

Was glutened here. Called in a to-go order. Specifically asked for gf pizza, no croutons on salad and asked about cross contamination. Staff was kind, but not necessarily knowledgeable about cross contamination. Sick shortly after.

Absolutely fabulous pizza! I highly recommend this place, and the folks working there were super friendly. My wife said the gluten free pizza was really good as well.

Fantastic pizza! Only gluten free pizza crust they have is large, it's a $9 upcharge from the price of a small, really only a $3 upcharge from a regular large pizza! Price for pizza is great! I'm not Celiac just gluten allergy but, no reactions for me.
