Delicious stone fired pizzas with amazing gluten free crust. I believe the dough is made from scratch! It took an extra 15 minutes to cook, so give yourself some extra time. Udis bread and buns available for substitutions on breakfast sandwiches and sandwiches. A great surprise in an airport! I didn't watch how they fired the pizza, so I can't comment on if it is celiac friendly.
