We had a lovely surprise in this establishment. We were not expecting much but then we were so happy to see that all pizzas could be customized to be gluten free cooked into a separate oven and area! The pizza was fluffy and delicious. My daughter who is also celiac ate fried which were safe and delicious. An absolute must in Pavia!
