Alle Pizzen und alle Nudelgerichte (mit Ausnahme von Lasagne) sind gf möglich.

Zur Vorspeise gibt es einen extra Teller mit gf- Bruschetta, gf-Pizzabrötchen und ein eigenes Schälchen Butter.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und kennt sich perfekt aus. Das Thema Kontamination ist bekannt und wird beachtet.

They have exposed Glutenfree flour and Pasta from Schaer, when you order something they always bring you appetizer for free and they have also glutenfree appetizer like Pizzabrötchen, delicious! The glutenfree Pizza is ok, not really good like the italian one but it's edible. The bread ist the best thing they have on the menu as a glutenfree option.

What a wonderful experience!!! The staff were all incredibly friendly. They actually have the gluten free products they use on display at the bar, which was a very good sign for me. Our waitress took my request for a gluten free pizza in absolute stride and was happy to answer questions. When the customary basket of rolls and herb butter - alongside some delicious-looking bruschetta - arrived for my four non-celiac dinner companions, I did not expect the waitress to turn to me and ask me to wait just one second. She brought me my own freshly baked gluten free rolls and bruschetta, along with my own herb butter to prevent contamination. I was over the moon at the thoughtfulness and of course, the taste. The pizza itself also did not disappoint. Home-made gluten free dough, fluffy and crispy, with just the right amount of cheese - everything you could want from a pizza. And it was brought out seperately from the others - no mixing up the plates. I felt very safe, with the staff being so friendly, thoughtful and knowledgeable. I will definetely come back and I can absolutely recommend the Da Carlo.

I went there with my brother who has celiac as well and it was an amazing experience. All of the waiters were so kind. We ordered two gluten free pizzas and without saying anything else, they brought us gluten free bruschetta and pizza buns. They even gifted us some chocolate and some gluten free waffles. The pizza dough wasn’t typical fluffy yeast-dough but still a delicious one. They have gluten free pasta as well. We would absolutely go there again.
