We asked about gluten free options and were told they have a gluten free crust that they cook on a baking sheet so it has reduced contact with the regular flour crust while being prepared and during the baking process. It gets a little burr on the edges but the rest of the crust is nice and crispy. They also have a gluten free pasta to substitute for some of their choices. We were told the pasta takes more time because it has to be cooked separate from the regular pastas. They say they try to take precautions to avoid cross contamination with gluten dishes but cannot guarantee it will be completely gluten free as all dishes are prepared in the same kitchen and spaces with regular foods. My wife had the pizza gluten free and it didn’t bother her stomach the way a flour dough pizza would.
