Buckwheat gf crepe option! I asked the lady to clean the cooking surface for me. Crepes were delicious and I don’t feel sick at all, but I’m not sure if cross contamination was 100% avoided. But a yummy option for sure!

When we ventured into the village for lunch in the middle of our ski day, my kids excitedly ran over yelling, “Mommy! The crepe place has gluten-free crepes!” I almost didn’t believe them.

But yes, behold, GF crepes! And delicious ones at that. My husband ordered and said the owner has a family member with celiac so takes it very seriously and perfected a recipe so all could enjoy these delightful little pockets of goodness! And under $10, quite a steal at mountain prices.
