Asked about the GF muffins which had Pamela’s as the flour base and they said the person making them has celiac and eats them so we had them- no reaction.

So far so good. We visited once and bought a few things. We will definitely be back. It looked like there was a great selection of gluten free bakery items that we will have to check out. We did try some of the scones and they were really good.
The coop has a deli that serves many GF options (not a dedicated facility). Breakfast has GF muffins and sells local GF bakery items like donuts, pies, cupcakes, etc. The lunch menu has many options including GF sandwiches, they also use GF noodles in their lasagna. Thy also sell many packaged items that are GF/dedicated facility. They have a GF grocery section, ciders, and GF beer too.
