The pizza bases are sourdough (low gluten) but you can top up for a gluten free base (not the most authentic of pizzas but good enough).

My daughter has multiple allergies: Gluten, Brewer’s & Baker’s Yeast, Eggs, Dairy, Mushrooms, Kel\p/Seaweed and many others (sadly). This place is great for her. Dine here several occasions. All good. Note that these pizzas are using pure Sourdough which is not gluten free but we found the lengthy fermentation of these sourdough do break down the Gluten Proteins well. We always have Pizza Nos 01 & 06, and the Crispy Garlic Bread. Food is great. I would strongly recommends.
