I heard about this place for quite a while and was eager to try it since I am dairy allergic as well as have issues with gluten and other grains
There is a disclaimer on their website that it's not a totally gluten-free facility. However, when I went, there was nothing on the menu that contained or was made with any gluten-containing grains. Extremely knowledgeable about allergens here!
The only gluten was the wheat crackers (stored safely and seperately), as well as gluten free oat crackers to eat with the cheeses. Someone with Celiac could easily avoid them by not ordering them. They are not stored with other foods. I opted for neither option and just took my cheese home to eat. I would say most of their business is people stopping by to pick up a small dessert or cheese.
They do on occasion have a special or seasonal offering such as mac and cheese. I do not know whether the Mac is gluten free but it's a special item that they have from time to time. I am confident if the noodles are not gluten-free, those that have issues wouldn't have to worry about cross-contamination.
