Dishes change often. Always a few gf options. Chef is very respectful of gluten and other allergies. Great atmosphere and staff is always helpful.

Plates has a rotating menu and always has GF Items labeled on their menu (along with vegan and vegetarian options). I’ve never been disappointed with Plates! Brunch or dinner!

lovely staff and amazing food. found Plates during a Raleigh resturaunt week. Plates clearly lists what is GF on the regular menu, and if you have any questions the staff is very knowledgeable. the server was so nice, and thanked me for trusting the resturaunt with my dietary restriction. i will not hesitate to go back!
