It was my first time here. Great experience! Most things are naturally GF, I think everything except their granola. They do have gluten-free granola, just ask. I told them it was a serious allergy and watched the young lady who made my bowl. She went to the back to get a fresh blender of the base mixture for me and then I watched her go back to the back to get a new spatula because she forgot it. She was very careful about CC, and I didn’t get sick. 😀

Got bowls on two separate occasions here subbing regular granola for gluten free granola and both tested gluten free with my Nima. Delicious and safe.
