Wonderful fries and quiet clean restaurant. I wish they had a dedicated toaster or space for the bun other than scraping the grill though

Dedicated fryer for gluten free fries. They are so delicious, and fried in beef tallow. Grass fed burgers, homemade ketchup. You can taste that the food is good for you. Highly recommend!
