Ploy Thai Bistro

My husband and I went in for a late lunch/early dinner. We got the cashew chicken, paid thai, and the ploy chicken friend rice. It was all amazing! Honestly, some of the best fried rice and paid thai I've had! I am celiac and they had so many GF items to choose from! I let them know that I had an allergy and double check ked it was GF and they were good about everything! I didn't have a reaction at all! Super yummy! They have a fish tank and a turtle tank, which were very entertaining to watch before the food came.

We ordered take out and were assured all 4 items we ordered were GF. Food was excellent and we felt really safe eating here. We will definitely be back.

Owners take incredible pride in providing GF options. Their prep is incredibly careful. You can see the kitchen. Excellent service too. We often do take-out.

I stopped in for dinner recently when the pass was closed and I was stuck overnight on the east side of it. The place was really busy, so I played it safe and ordered my usual green curry with chicken with just the "1 - flavor" spice level. It was just right flavor-wise and size-wise. No reaction afterward and I was so grateful to have a nice warm meal after sitting in traffic for a couple hours. Great spot for a safe meal if you're in Cle Elum!

According to the staff, everything is GF except what has oyster sauce or barbecue sauce, which was a lot! The soy sauce they use is GF. I got the Chicken and Garlic Sauce and it was so good. Didn't get sick at all. Also I took my two month old and two year old and they were acting horribly and the staff was very kind and accommodating!

The staff was knowledgeable about gluten-free items on the menu. The food was super good according to my sister, and I agree. All four of us had fabulous meals.

The hostess and the cook both chatted with me about our needs. They were very open about ingredients, preparation, used a new wok & tools, etc. Both my daughter & I are celiac and enjoyed our meals. I felt safe!! They were very nice!
