Tried the eclair, crumb bun, glazed donut, rugelach, pear ginger cinnamon roll, and cream puff. All were very delicious!! The eclair was to die for!! Even my non GF boyfriend loved it! The bakery does suggest to place food into air-tight plastic wrap or baggies if saving for a few days. It’s pretty typical that gluten free pastries do not stay moist well. We will definitely return again!
