The chef has been gluten-free for years and made personal recommendations for me
They have a few options such as salad bowls. I ordered a burger without the bun. Also they baked the chicken wings instead of frying them as they don’t have a dedicated fryer.
The staff is very open allergies and willing to help and the chef is as well
