Food was good. Celiac son has the omelette without bread. He also had a gf muffin which was nice. Friendly staff.

Super easy to order and the staff was very kind and helped me find stuff on the menu. The food was very good, I’m not celiac but I am sensitive to cross contamination and I didn’t have any issues with food. I would highly recommend coming here for breakfast and getting the waffles and muffins.

Great service. Knowledge staff. I am dairy free in addition to being gluten free. Had a smoothie and avocado sandwich. Light and tasty. Super small and cozy spot for a meal.

Didn’t get to try the food because we stopped in for coffee and smoothies. But the smoothie choices were on point and exactly what I was looking for for a morning health pick me up. The PB & J is a must. I did get no protein powder in it and subbed chia and flax. Delish! On the menu they did have a few gf options for food like waffles, avocado toast, and a breakfast plate. It’s not a dedicated gf shop. But they have some options for sure and excellent smoothies!

My family and I enjoyed a great lunch here - gluten free waffles, smoothies, hashbrowns, and more! When the owner heard us ask about GF, he asked if we had an allergy, and made sure everything we had was safe. He also gave us a delicious almond flour muffin to try! They have other baked goods but he said the muffins are the only thing they bake in house, so should reduce cross contamination. Coffee and chai were yummy as well. Not a lot of space for a group of people to sit down but would be great for studying, working, getting to go orders, etc.
