Poblanos Mexican Cuisine

I had dinner here for the first time tonight, and ended up regretting it. The staff tried, but there's still a general lack of understanding in regards to what gluten is. They're currently working on a gluten free menu, and perhaps in a few months it'll improve. I definitely do not recommend the risk for Celiac's or others with serious effects from Gluten. (The increased inflammation impacts my Central Serous Retinopathy)
