There’s a gluten free menu that instructs you how to order items to avoid gluten. We ordered the nachos bc they were listed and the server said the tortilla chips are baked in the oven and not fried with other gluten items. Chili is not gf so we asked to have it separately on the side ( in our 4 top we had two with celiac and two that can have gluten) since half of our party can eat it. We asked to have an allergy messaged to the kitchen so they would look out for cross contamination. The chili was in a separate dish but was placed ON the nacho plate and was dripping onto the nachos. Ok we pushed those contaminated to the side. While eating we found a french fry mixed IN the melted cheese - ugh. The french fries were specifically listed as glutinous. So disappointing. NOT SAFE FOR CELIACS.
