This is a fantastic restaurant! The staff are very knowledgeable about keeping things gluten free and minimizing cross contamination, in part owing to personal connections with celiacs, and in part owing to their EXTENSIVE experience in fine dining. Yes, the food is delicious, safe, sourced responsibly, treated with care and respect, and brought to life -- not literally lol -- in novel and interesting ways.... But I want to stress, when I say the restaurant is "fantastic," I also mean to say that the staff are exceptionally knowledgeable about the dishes, allergies, and food safety, and the way they work so well and fluidly together gives me confidence there won't be miscommunications resulting in a poisoned platter! I've eaten here about a dozen times since they opened, strongly recommended. I'd recommend having a brief discussion with your server before you order so they can guide you to a safe and delicious meal that's sure to hit the spot, they're very helpful :)

A great place with regularly updated menu focusing on what is in season. Staff was friendly and very knowledgeable about gluten free. They stepped me through the menu and made sure to tell me what shared plates I could eat before I even asked. Gluten free crackers available. I had the mushroom risotto which tasted incredible. Highly recommend!
