I feel bad rating this one star, but from a GF perspective, it is not safe. I went here and they were training new staff who had no idea about gluten free things on the menu and did not have anyone to ask. They didn’t know which meats were marinated vs plain and all of the meats are kept together (high risk of cross-contamination). A few of their sauces were labeled GF. It is a great poke place but not for someone with a gluten allergy.

How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Good

The poke was absolutely delicious and they did have GF soy sauce but I unfortunately did get sick after eating here. I’m not sure if it was due to cross contamination but I would just be a little careful when eating here.

Staff is knowledgeable, kind, caring and helpful. The owner is sometimes there too and is also wonderful. Food is extremely high quality and delicious. They make GF versions of most of their sauces, including ponzu! Most items are naturally gluten-free. Never gotten sick here. Absolutely love this place.
