Best Poke Bowls we have had. Food was excellent only gave it 4 stars due to limited seating. More of a grab and go place. Did a great job directing me to what I could and could not have. The beach is just around the corner so grab dinner and enjoy a sunset from the beach!

So many delicious choices! I’m so used to being limited to one or two things on the menu that it’s a pleasant surprise to have multiple options. Staff was helpful and cautious, and double checked with management about gluten content of sauces. To be safe I just stuck with the GF soy sauce and felt fine.

Most of the options are gluten free and there is a sign indicating what isn’t (someone uploaded a photo of what is not on here, which is helpful to look at prior to going). I was happy to be able to have tofu rather than fish, and they did have gluten free soy sauce upon request. My husband loved his meal (not celiac). I wasn’t a huge fan but I think I just don’t like poke bowls. I ordered a small, ate a bit over half, and I was full. I did not get sick.

Loved the flavors and the options. Staff was very knowledgeable. Most things were gluten free with the exception of a small list (like crispy onions, some sauces) which was posted by the start of the line.

Great quick poke bar. build your own poke. Gluten items are marked. Staff is knowledgable. All ingredients have there own utensils so cross contamination is highly unlikely.

Staff is knowledgeable and friendly about GF. Ask them for the Tamari (GF soy sauce) at the end, they keep it behind the workers on a shelf. Some toppings like fried onions are not GF, but they'll let you know if you say you have an allergy.

I Dined at Poke Bar twice while on my trip. Almost all options are gf. I asked for plain/non marinated shrimp and they got some from the back. It was so good and fresh! Spicy mayo and gluten free soy sauce were my toppings of choice. No reactions after eating here, thankfully!

Not sure if this was the culprit, but I noticed a small dive in my GI stability after eating here. Might have just been very minor CC, but I'm quite sensitive. Wasn't my usual full shutdown, so it may have been something else or too much sriracha mayo. Food was quite good, though.

This was surprisingly good. I am not a huge fan of raw fish but this place had it down. They did a great job pointing out the best options for me. It was very fresh and very good. No celiac issues!

Of all the places I ate in Honolulu as a visitor with celiac, this is the place I most want to go back to. The staff where very accommodating-even getting non-marinated shrimp out of a separate container for me since marinade had gluten-and there were several good GF choices.

Staff knew how to customize a poke bowl for me to be GF, loaded it up with greens and cucumber and extra pickled ginger and siracha. They have GF soy sauce, ask for sesame oil too.

Very knowledgeable staff. Almost every ingredient for poke bowls are gluten free. They have separate gluten free soy sauce. Grab and go kind of place with some tables too, fresh Ahi Tuna and raw fish. Delicious Hawaiian food! I have celiac but I am asymptomatic so I don’t react after eating . However cross contamination not likely to happen in my experience since they are very careful and informative, for example there is a choice of vinegar rice that they weren’t sure if the vinegar was gf (this kind of vinegar, the same used in sushi sometimes has gluten) so they told me to better go to the safe choice, brown rice or mixed salad. I will repeat!
