I was a little hesitant given some of the reviews but I had a wonderful experience. They had a sign laying out all of the ingredients of each sauce that was really helpful. I had white rice, tuna, shrimp, cilantro, kale, jalapeños, onion, cucumber, edamame sesame seeds, Shoyu (which is gf) and spicy mayo (made of sriracha and mayo). A good chunk of the ingredients are naturally gf just avoided the immitation crab, fried toppings, a few of the sauces and being cautious about cross contamination. From what i can remember the house sauce for sure contained soy sauce so not safe. Each ingredient has there own serving utensil and the employees changed there gloves after each customer when I was in there. It was delicious and I had no reaction.

I ordered through their website. I made a special request to have all food gluten free. They delivered the wrong food. It was NOT gluten free. They're don't have a working number. The delivery driver said he never checked & didn't care. I never got what I ordered.
AVOID!

Needed some safe food while out on Waikiki and most of the other safe sushi places aren’t open Sunday during the day. Saw the other reviews and gave it a shot. Staff was very attentive to my gluten free needs. It appears the only things on the menu that contain gluten are the imitation crab, crunchy bits used for toppings and the sauces. I had a tuna and shrimp on brown rice. I had corn, green onion, white onion, edamame, furikake and GF shoyu sauce. It was really good and fresh. Would absolutely return.

Can have most toppings, there was one sauce that was off limitsbut staff was super nice and explained everything. This was my 9year old celiac's favorite lunch place.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Immediately changed gloves when we mentioned a member of our group has celiac and said this means she cannot have gluten. Almost everything is gf except the crunchy onions, and the sauces. Only one sauce option was gf (I cannot recall which!). The poke bowl was delicious!

Delicious poké bowl with a wide variety of GF options. Indicators on the menu on whether items contain gluten, staff also explain what options you can’t pick. Each item has its own utensils. Really enjoyed my food and quite reasonably priced.

Great experience! As soon as said Celiac the staff started to explain what I could and could not eat. Each bowl comes with either miso crab salad or seaweed salad - neither of which are gluten-free. They offered to put my portion in a to-go container so my partner could eat it. All of the marinated proteins contain gluten, but fresh fish is fine by me. Most of the toppings and crunches were gluten-free and there were 3 gluten-free sauce choices (plain soy sauce, wasabi mayo, siracha mayo). Is this essentially a food court stall, yes. Is it also super fresh, yes. This tourist is happy.

Truly this is a GF/Celiac dream come true. I have severe celiac and this is the safest place I’ve found on Waikiki. Gloves are changed with every customer, you can watch as they make it and ensure there is zero cross contamination. They have great GF options including GF soy sauce.
