How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Excellent

Menu does not indicate what is gluten free but the employee at the counter was knowledgeable and said only one sauce, the wonton crisps, and seaweed contained gluten. They use tamari in everything else. Got the original bowl with suggested modifications and it was delicious and I had no issues afterwards.

The only have two things in the menu that contain gluten. They only cook on a gluten free surface and a gluten free fryer.
