I have eaten here 5-6 times now for lunch and have had no issues. They premix their Maui sauce both with a gluten version and a version with GF soy sauce, make sure you request GF. They are always very friendly and accommodating. The gluten and GF bottles of sauce they pull from under the counter look very similar to me so I always confirm. Recently tried the Lolo pork taco for the first time in the rice taco shell. VERY good. The taco shell will eventually absorb moisture from the sauce so the person taking my order advised its better to eat here than take away. Bowl concept, highly recommend.

Great options, but cross contamination depends on who makes your food- the care from staff is presented at different levels. Head chef/ manager is EXTREMELY helpful and careful- others could use some training... Mac salad is kept next to lettuce which results in problems sometimes.

Have eaten here a dozen times and my Celiac husband has never gotten sick. They are always willing to change gloves and carefully prepare a GF custom bowl or prepare the GF pork tacos without the teriyaki sauce. Very knowledgeable team about Gluten and other allergies.
