Definitely some cross contamination. Also, I got mild food poisoning from salmon here once (my non-celiac roommate got it too and also had the salmon). I eat here a lot (20 times?) because seeing the ingredients go in the bowl gives me a sense of safety, and I’ve never gotten GF-related illness. Also, their Garlic Soy Vinaigrette is an awesome tamari-based sauce!
